Delivery Policy & Important Information

We partner with a trusted third-party courier service to fulfill and deliver your orders.

  • Delivery Days & Hours: Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

  • Scheduled Delivery Date: Your order will be delivered on the date you choose during checkout.

  • Stay Reachable: On your delivery day, you will receive an SMS / message notice regarding your delivery. Please keep your phone nearby and available.

  • Driver Arrival & Wait Time:

    • Upon arrival, the driver will attempt to contact you.

    • The courier will wait a maximum of 20 minutes. If you cannot be reached within this timeframe, the driver must move on to scheduled route stops.

  • Missed Deliveries & Pick-Up Option:

    • If the courier is unable to reach you after 30 minutes, your order will be returned to our facility.

    • You will have the option to pick up your order from our location.

    • Please note: Because items are dispatche and scheduled specifically for you, no refunds are issued for missed deliveries.
