Mince Pies - Pack of 10

The epitome of Christmas for me.

I very randomly decided to experiment a new dough for mince pies and I'm so glad I wrote it down the first time around. I don't think I'd have managed to recreate it otherwise.

It's crumbly, yet a little but flaky and buttery...oh so buttery.
